Welcome to Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide! In spite of the country borders that traverse the park, the boundaries of the nature reserve and the rules for visitors, there are no limits for 'enjoyment'. We therefore cordially invite you to fully enjoy, explore and experience the park!

Grenspark Kalmthoutse Heide is a cross-border nature reserve with an enormous ecological and cultural-historical value. There are many ways to enjoy the park. Enjoy in silence or together; during a hike, bike ride or on horseback. Hikers can choose any of the 25 signposted hiking trails, from a mere 1.7 km to a day hike of 24 km. But above all, the best experiences are 'unplanned' and do not come with a mapped out route. It is precisely during these apparently lost moments that your eye 'catches' unusual natural beauty.
