Looking for lots of variety? Walking on narrow forest paths, between meadows, through heathland and along many small pools? Then the Kikker hiking trail is just what you're looking for. The walk goes through a water catchment area and touches the Brabantse Wal. The many height differences offer variety and challenges. This is also a fun walk for children: the 11 small pools are home to rare plants and animals. Depending on precipitation and time of year, these may or may not be quite filled and you are guaranteed to spot frogs here.
PS. Hiking trail Kikker is signposted clockwise.
Attention! As from 1 September 2023, Brasserie Abdijbos, including the building with the public toilets, will close completely. The car park will remain accessible for visitors to the hiking and cycling trails.
