Visit the park preferably by bike or public transport. This is better for the environment and you will avoid parking issues on busy days.
If you want to come to the park by car or bicycle, you can start your visit from the entry gates and starting points below. These can all be found on the visitor map (pdf).
- Volksabdij – Ossendrecht (NL)
- Hemelrijk – Essen (B)
- De Vroente – Kalmthout (B)
- Ravenhof – Putte / Stabroek (NL/B)
When you visit the park using public transport, your starting point is the train station of Heide or the church in Huijbergen. From thereon, a waymarked trail will take you to one of the entry gates of the Grenspark in about 15 minutes on foot.
