Stabroek seeks manager for Ravenhof castle
The municipality of Stabroek is looking for a new sustainable use for only the ground floor and first floor. The focus here is on hospitality, and specifically on an interpretation as an event and meeting location, whether or not in combination with a speciality restaurant. A concession agreement will be entered into for these two floors. On the remaining floors, there will be space for local associations.
Unique heritage
At Ravenhof gate, you will find a stately park forest with many cultural-historical elements, beautiful lanes with striking trees and differences in height in the landscape. It is truly a picturesque piece of Grenspark that was laid out in the late Baroque style. The castle is located on the border between Flanders and the Netherlands and is a popular destination or starting point for cyclists and hikers.
Numerous possibilities
The municipality of Stabroek is looking for an operator for the commercial activities section focused on eating-drinking, meeting and meeting. It is up to the candidates to come up with a concrete proposal. For inspiration, here are three possible ideas:
