Guided tour of the Evides water catchment area in Ossendrecht

Evides Water Company produces drinking water from groundwater in the Ossendrecht water catchment area on the Brabant Ridge. That groundwater lies up to 80 metres below the surface. Evides pumps the water up and in a purification plant turns it into clean and reliable drinking water for West-Brabant, Noord-Beveland, Zuid Beveland and Walcheren. Nature plays an important role in the quality of the water supply in the soil. Because if nature is healthy, so is the drinking water!
