Day of Silence: morning walk in the Arboretum

Sunday 25 Oct
–
09:00
Arboretum Kalmthout, Heuvel 8, 2920 Kalmthout

During a one-and-a-half-hour ‘silent tour’ of the arboretum garden, a guide invites you to listen carefully. Not to stories about trees or botanical facts this time, but to the sounds of a Sunday morning at Arboretum Kalmthout.

During this guided morning walk through the arboretum garden, you’ll explore – together with a guide – the plants and spots in Arboretum Kalmthout where you can hear remarkable sounds: the rustling of bamboo, the patter of moorhens, the rustling of autumn leaves or other sounds you’ll discover.

The guide uses different listening techniques and methods to experience the garden in a totally different way. An unforgettable autumn experience for young and old.
