Autumn walk in the Withoefse Heide woodland

Sunday 4 Oct
–
10:00
Visit Kalmthout, Putsesteenweg 131, 2920 Kalmthout

Set against the colourful autumn backdrop of the Withoefse Heide, this walk takes you through woods that are undergoing a dramatic transformation. Leaves are changing colour, mushrooms are appearing and the light takes on a warm glow. Along the way, guide Hilde Balbaert invites you to pause and notice the small details that make the forest so special at this time of year, and talks about the dynamics of nature and the landscape in autumn.

The walk takes about 2 to 3 hours. Put on sturdy walking shoes and clothing adapted to the weather so that you can walk along comfortably and relaxed.

Everyone is welcome! Participation is free and registration is not necessary.
